Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, not. All sales are final. Once you place an order, there will be no returns allowed.
Are there any shipping costs?
Free shipping across GCC and Iraq.
All orders throughout the GCC and Iraq are delivered free of charge.
For international orders, shipping charges will apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I still change my order?
If you want to change your order, please send us an email to info@yasamanluxe.com. Please note that exchanges will only be possible after receiving the item within a max period of 24 hours.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to info@yasamanluxe.com and we will contact the shipping company.
