Returns

Regular Returns & Exchanges

At Yasaman Luxe, we specialize in handcrafted eveningwear and luxury garments. Due to the delicate nature of our pieces, strict return and exchange standards apply.

1. Return & Size Exchange Request Window

Customers must submit their return or size exchange request within 7 calendar days of the original delivery date, preferably as soon as possible after receiving their order.

All requests must be submitted through our official email: info@yasamanluxe.com

Customers must include their order number and the reason for the return or size exchange.

Instagram messages, social media messages, or other informal communication channels are not considered official return requests.

2. Return Shipment Deadline & Tracking Information

Once the return or exchange request has been approved, customers are encouraged to dispatch the item as soon as possible.

However, the item must be handed over to a reliable shipping or courier company no later than 10 calendar days from the original delivery date.

Customers must email us the tracking number and shipping confirmation once the item has been dispatched.

For international returns, delays caused by the courier or customs after timely dispatch will not automatically invalidate an approved return, provided the customer has complied with the required deadlines and shipping instructions.

3. Return & Size Exchange Shipping Costs

For regular returns or size exchanges requested due to customer preference or incorrect size selection:

• All shipping costs for returning the item to Yasaman Luxe are the customer’s responsibility.
• For approved size exchanges, the customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of sending the replacement size.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable for regular returns.

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. Inspection & Refund Approval

Once the returned item has been physically received by Yasaman Luxe, it will undergo a thorough inspection.

All existing return conditions must be fully satisfied, including:

• The item must remain in its original condition, with all original tags attached.
• It must not have been worn for any occasion or used beyond careful indoor fitting to check the size.
• It must be free from makeup, foundation, perfume, deodorant, stains, body odour, or any other signs of use.
• There must be no alterations or damage to the fabric, lining, embroidery, crystals, beads, sequins, feathers, or any other decorative or hand-embellished details.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.

Any indication that the garment has been worn, even once for an event, will void return eligibility. Yasaman Luxe reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet these requirements; such items may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

If the item successfully passes inspection, the return or size exchange will be approved.

For approved regular returns, the full product purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding the original shipping charges.

Refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days after successful inspection and approval.

5. Defective, Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Items

If Yasaman Luxe mistakenly delivers a defective or damaged item, an incorrect design, colour, or a size different from what the customer originally ordered, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the entire amount paid, without any deductions.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected by Yasaman Luxe, the full refund will be processed to the customer’s original payment method within 48 hours following successful inspection and confirmation of the issue.

This provision does not limit any mandatory customer rights under applicable law.

Refund Payment Method & Bank Processing Time

All approved refunds will be processed securely through Stripe and returned exclusively to the original payment method and the same card used by the customer at the time of purchase.

Please note that while Yasaman Luxe initiates approved refunds within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy, the actual time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account depends on the processing procedures of the customer’s card-issuing bank and payment provider.

Depending on the bank, the refund may take a few business days and, in some cases, up to approximately 15 days to appear in the customer’s account.

These banking processing times are outside the control of Yasaman Luxe.
