Size exchange: A Final Sale item may be exchanged for another size of the same design only, subject to size availability and approval by Yasaman Luxe.
72-hour request window: Customers must submit a formal size-exchange request to info@yasamanluxe.com within 72 hours of delivery. Requests after this period are not eligible for discretionary size exchange.
Shipping costs: All shipping expenses for an approved size exchange are paid by the customer, including shipment of the original item to Yasaman Luxe and shipment of the replacement size back to the customer.
Authorized return address: Contact us by email and obtain written approval before sending an item. We will provide the authorized return address and instructions by email. Do not ship to the sender address printed on the original package or shipping label.
Item condition: The garment must remain in its original, pristine condition, with all original tags securely attached. It must not have been worn for use, washed, altered, tailored, or damaged. A careful indoor try-on solely to check fit is permitted, provided it leaves absolutely no trace of use or damage.
There must be no damage, however minor, to fabric, lining, crystals, pearls, beads, embroidery, hand embellishments, feathers, or decorative details. The garment must be free of makeup, foundation, deodorant, perfume, fragrance residue, stains, marks, body odor, or any other noticeable odor. Any signs of use, contamination, deterioration, or damage may result in rejection of the exchange request.
Inspection: All items submitted for exchange are subject to inspection and final approval by Yasaman Luxe.
Legal rights: These conditions concern discretionary refunds and exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing and do not restrict mandatory customer rights and remedies under applicable law for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods. Yasaman Luxe reserves its legitimate rights as seller.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order ships.

Returns
At Yasaman Luxe, we specialize in handcrafted eveningwear and luxury garments. Due to the delicate nature of our pieces, strict return and exchange standards apply.
Return Window
* Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
* Under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Yasaman Luxe, return requests may be considered up to a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date.
* Return requests submitted after 10 days from the delivery date will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Completely unworn
- Unused and unaltered
- Free from any signs of wear
- Free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, stains, or marks
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging
- Free from any beadwork damage, sequin displacement, zipper damage, fabric stress, or other signs of use
Any indication that the garment has been worn, even once for an event, will void return eligibility.
Yasaman Luxe reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet these requirements.
Size Exchange
* Size exchanges may be requested within the eligible return period.
* The returned garment must meet all return condition requirements outlined above.
* Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
* If the garment shows any signs of use, the exchange request will be declined.
Return Shipping Costs
* Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with returning an item to Yasaman Luxe.
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Inspection & Approval Process
* All returned items must first be received and inspected by Yasaman Luxe before any refund or exchange can be approved.
* Returned items that do not meet the return requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Refund Policy
- Once the returned item has been received and successfully inspected, the refund process will begin.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days following inspection approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- For orders paid via Stripe, refunds will be processed back to the same payment card used for the original transaction.
- Only the product value is eligible for refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Mandatory Notification
Customers must notify us via our official email address within the eligible return period. Instagram messages, social media messages, or other informal communication channels are not considered official return requests.
