Returns

At Yasaman Luxe, we specialize in handcrafted eveningwear and luxury garments. Due to the delicate nature of our pieces, strict return and exchange standards apply.

Return Window

* Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
* Under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Yasaman Luxe, return requests may be considered up to a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date.
* Return requests submitted after 10 days from the delivery date will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

• Completely unworn
  
• Unused and unaltered
  
• Free from any signs of wear
  
• Free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, stains, or marks
  
• Returned with all original tags attached
  
• Returned in its original packaging
  
• Free from any beadwork damage, sequin displacement, zipper damage, fabric stress, or other signs of use

Any indication that the garment has been worn, even once for an event, will void return eligibility.

Yasaman Luxe reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet these requirements.

Size Exchange

* Size exchanges may be requested within the eligible return period.
* The returned garment must meet all return condition requirements outlined above.
* Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
* If the garment shows any signs of use, the exchange request will be declined.

Return Shipping Costs

* Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with returning an item to Yasaman Luxe.
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Inspection & Approval Process

* All returned items must first be received and inspected by Yasaman Luxe before any refund or exchange can be approved.
* Returned items that do not meet the return requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Refund Policy

• Once the returned item has been received and successfully inspected, the refund process will begin.
  
• Approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days following inspection approval.
  
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  
• For orders paid via Stripe, refunds will be processed back to the same payment card used for the original transaction.
  
• Only the product value is eligible for refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Mandatory Notification

Customers must notify us via our official email address within the eligible return period. Instagram messages, social media messages, or other informal communication channels are not considered official return requests.
