Return Window

* Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
* Under exceptional cases, the maximum window is 10 days from delivery date.
* Requests submitted after 10 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for return or exchange, the item must be:

* Completely unworn
* Unused and unaltered
* Free from any signs of wear
* Free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, stains or marks
* With all original tags attached
* In original packaging
* With no beadwork, sequin displacement, zipper damage or fabric stress

Any indication that the garment has been worn — even once for an event — voids return eligibility.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

Size Exchange

* Size exchanges are offered free of charge.
* However, the original item must fully meet all unworn and original condition standards.
* If the garment shows any signs of use, the exchange will be declined.
